James S. Carluccio

Jim Carluccio is a technology leader with 34 years of consulting and line management experience in a variety of industries including Financial Services, High Tech, Telecommunications, Consumer Goods and Industrial Products. Until 2010, he was responsible for prime brokerage information technology and product development at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Previously, he held executive level positions such as Chief Information Officer at TransUnion Real Estate Settlements Solutions, Founder and Partner of Pilgrim Advisors, Inc., Executive Vice President at Technology Solutions Company and Partner at Accenture. He has spent his career working with dozens of companies to improve their operations and increase shareholder value by properly aligning their IT application portfolio and infrastructure with their business plans. He has successfully managed major change initiatives needed to overcome regulatory change, competitive challenge, financial distress and product innovation.
Jim holds a MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a BS in Computer Science from Boston College. Jim his wife, Joanne, and their three girls live in New Jersey.
